In a recent survey of 1,774 employees, 95% agreed that taking a mental health day would improve their performance at work, but only 28% of employees felt comfortable requesting time off.

When asked what would help them feel comfortable, the #1 thing employees wanted was for company leadership to step up and encourage them to take mental health days.
